Which service do I need?
If you are bidding a whole project, a construction cost estimate. If you price labor and materials yourself, a quantity takeoff. Early in design, a budget estimate. Choose "Not sure yet" on the request form and we recommend one in the quotation.
Do you price to my location?
Yes. Priced estimates use material and labor costs for the project location. Tell us if you want your own rates or supplier quotes used instead.
Can I get quantities only, without pricing?
Yes. Quantity and material takeoffs list measured quantities with units and waste factors, ready for your own pricing.
Do you include overhead and profit?
Estimates show direct cost. Overhead, profit, bonds and markup are left for you to apply, unless you ask us to include your percentages.
What CAD formats do you deliver for drafting?
DWG and PDF as standard, drawn to your title block and CAD standards. Tell us if you need a specific release version.
Not sure which service?
Send the set. We'll recommend the right scope.
Choose "Not sure yet" on the request form and we will suggest a service in the quotation, with no obligation.
